At MultisportMe we value your commitment and don't want to see you leave your performance to chance. An individualised program is the gold standard way to improve your triathlon performance. Juggling training for 3 sports means there are many pieces to the puzzle when it comes to triathlon training. MultisportMe will put the pieces together for you, so all you have to do is go out and enjoy your swim, bike and run. At MultisportMe, we have coached first-timers, through to Age Group World Championship medallists.

All MultisportMe triathlon coaching is individualised. Programs are delivered via Training Peaks, performance management software. Training Peaks is extremely user friendly, and allows you to see all your upcoming training sessions on your computer, tablet or phone. Training sessions recorded on your training devices are uploaded directly to Training Peaks, so your coach can track your progress. For athletes on a Premium Coaching Plan, analysis is also done in WKO5, a performance an advanced performance analytics software connected to Training Peaks. All workouts are structured workouts, that have intervals with specific paces, heart rate or power for you to follow, and can be downloaded to your training device.

Individualised programs are available for all triathlon distances, as well as duathlon and aquathlon.
