Ed Langdon - Head Coach & Founder

Online triathlon, running and cycling coach Ed Langdon

Ed is a physiotherapist and has treated triathletes, runners and cyclists of all ages and abilities, from first time marathon finishers through to Age Group World Championship medalists. After seeing athlete after athlete struggle with injury, not reaching their potential, Ed found the common denominator was the training program. Failure to train based on individual goals and background resulted in athletes training below or above their capabilities, and as result getting injured. This started Ed’s progression in triathlon, running and cycling coaching, and the creation of MultisportMe. Ed's qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) with Honours Class 1
  • Triathlon Australia Development Coach
  • Athletics Australia Community Coach
  • Graduate Certificate of Sports Administration

Ed’s ability to achieve great results reflects his understanding of the individual’s specific needs when writing a training program. There is no one size fits all model. Ed combines physiotherapy expertise with data analytics capabilities to create evidence-based training programs tailored to each athlete's unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle. By analysing training metrics, performance trends, and physiological markers, Ed identifies what's working and what needs adjustment, ensuring athletes at every level—from beginners finding their feet to top age group athletes chasing podiums—train smarter, not just harder. Ed is committed to always improving his knowledge. He researches and stays updated with the best training methods to improve performance.

Ed is an accomplished triathlete/duathlete, runner and cyclist. He competed at the top end of the Age Group level for several years, before moving into the elite field in 2023. He has since raced extensively across Asia and Europe.
