All MultisportMe running coaching is individualused. Programs are delivered via Training Peaks, performance management software. Training Peaks is extremely user friendly, and allows you to see all your upcoming training sessions on your computer, tablet or mobile. Training sessions recorded on your GPS watch are uploaded directly to Training Peaks, so your coach can track your progress. One of the best features of Training Peaks is the ability to download your run workouts directly to your running watch. While you are completing the workout, real time feedback is given to ensure you are in the prescribed training zone, and notifying you of interval length, rest times etc.

Working 1:1 with a coach is the best way to increase performance, stay injury free, and ultimately get more satisfaction from your running.
